3. Free shipping offers are calculated on a single order basis. Therefore, it is not possible to make a discount for two or more orders by merging the orders.

1. Store credits have added to your account within 7 business days upon becoming VIP member, you may view “Credit Change Reason”, “Credit Movement” and “Expiry Date” in “Store Credits” under “My Account”.

2. Store credit can only be applied in single transaction over HK$500 in KEEN Hong Kong Official Online Shop.

3. $1 Store credit equals HK$1.

4. The valid date of store credits given out is 1 Sep 2021 to 31 Oct 2021.

5. This offer can be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

6. This offer is not applicable to fixed-price items.

7.Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. In case of any dispute, the decision of KEEN Hong Kong shall prevail.

Store credit page will record the credit change reason, include (1) Shop add for member and (2) what order the store credits have been used and applied to.

When total order reach HK$500, store credits are automatically applied at checkout page. The credit remains $0, that means all store credits are automatically applied.

Q: Adjust the amount of store credits applied?
A: Customers are allow to have the flexibility to determine the amount of store credits applied on cart. Click “Applied Store Credit” at the “Order Summary” followed by fill in the credit amount then click “Apply”.  The credit balance will be shown.

Q: Delivery Free Options? 
A: The Delivery Fee depends on Free Shipping promotion. Counted as Subtotal - Discount Applied - Store credits applied.
